AOKWIT Figure 8 Descender

The Figure 8 Descender is designed for descending in the same manner as a standard figure 8 device. Wrapping the rope around the ears increases friction and slows down the descent. By utilizing the ear, the Figure 8 Descender allows individuals to hang in mid-air to appreciate the scenery or work at elevated heights.

Excellent Material:

Made from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum alloy material using a forging process, the Figure 8 Descender offers oxidation resistance and durability. It is lightweight, high strength, and easy to carry.

Good Load-Bearing Performance:

With a breaking strength of 11240 lbf (50KN), the Figure 8 Descender enables smooth rope action during descent or belaying, providing excellent control.

Curved Ear Design:

The curved ear design enhances the safety and reliability of this product. Wrapping the rope around the ear allows individuals to hang in mid-air securely.

Main Rope Groove:

The primary slot is large enough to double or triple your single rope, increasing friction for a slower descent.

Three Slots of Different Sizes:

The large slot adjusts ascent speed, the middle slot can be used as a belay device, and the small slot can connect to a climbing carabiner or other equipment.
